Prices are per person sharing a double room. ‘All Inclusive’ comprises guided excursions and activities, entry fees, full board with wine and restaurant meals à la carte or picnics during the tours, transportation (also transfers between the locations) and taxes. Transfers to/from the guesthouses at arrival/departure have to be paid separately.  You will need no extra money to spend during your stay, except perhaps for tips or to purchase handicraft or other gifts. The same prices apply to all 3 locations Viscri, Miklósvár and Zalánpatak and combined stays at different locations cumulate to one price.

Season is between Easter and Halloween, and during winter holidays (end of the year).

For Christmas and New Year, minimum stay is 7 days, 'all inclusive'. Shorter bookings can be accepted after December 1st. 

Meet & Greet service, transfers including sandwiches and pastry, coffee and tea, mineral water and local brandy during the trip. We encourage our guests to take the train from Bucharest to Braşov (just 2 ½ hours). Pick-up from the closest stations to Miklósvár (Apaţa or Augustin) is free of charge. Prices are per person and valid for 2-3 passengers per ride, one way. They double if alone. More than 3 persons on a ride enjoy 20% discount.

Riding:

One week trail ride: 1060 EUR/895 GBP per person including 6 nights accommodation, all meals (with wine), 2 guides, luggage transport, local guide at destination in the afternoons. No single supplement, but single rooms cannot be guaranteed. 
Extra night at Zalánpatak (only for entire groups): 150 EUR/127 GBP per person

3 days trail ride: 700 EUR/595 GBP including 4 nights accommodation, rest see above

Day-ride: 40 Eur/34 GBP including transfer from Miklósvár to Kőröspatak. 2 hours ride between Kőröspatak and Kálnok with one guide. Minimum 2 persons per ride.

 

Travel and insurance are not included, but insurance is compulsory (ask a travel agency for advice).

We request a deposit of 25% of the booked sum plus 2% credit card handling fee. Visa and Mastercard are accepted. In case of cancellation we will not refund the deposit but it can be used for a future booking. Rest of payment on departure either by card or cash. Due to local bank fees we are sorry to have to bill an extra 2% if payment occurs by card. Debiting can only happen in EUR or RON. Bank transfers are also welcome.
